Home Based Work…Why You Have to Be Careful When Choosing an MLM Business As Your Home Based Work!
People look for home based work for a number of different reasons. Some want to work from home because they simply are tired of lugging themselves to work every single day. Some are in a situation where home based work is ideal. Others just like to work in their underwear.
Whatever your reason for looking for home based work is, the fact is that if you’re here reading this, then most likely you’ve heard of – or are interested in – MLM.
People are starting to wake up to the power of having an MLM business more than ever. They understand that it’s a true business, where actual products are bought and sold, and fortunes are made.
The problem however is that they’re choosing an MLM business as their home based work source, but they’re not getting the proper training.
What happens when someone doesn’t get proper training in network marketing? There are a few things that happen actually.
The obvious first answer is that they fail. They fail and it’s a terrible blow to their feelings of hope, and very often to their bank account. Some people will join a network marketing opportunity with money that they had to scrape out of the couch cushions. They join because the person “recruiting” them didn’t have the best intentions in mind.
The person “recruiting” them themselves never had any intention of actually SPONSORING. Effective sponsoring is the single most important element of network marketing. It’s the epitome of what the industry is supposed to be about. It’s what creates wealth in this business and helps catapult the industry into good standing.
This leads me to the second thing that happens when proper training isn’t received after a person has chosen MLM as their home based work. What happens is that instead of blaming their “recruiters” directly, or blaming themselves for not doing their homework, they go on instead to blame the industry. Then the whole industry begins to get a bad rap and is no longer looked upon as viable home based work.
This of course is a terrible thing to happen. Listen, this is an industry that’s created more wealth than both the stock market and real estate. It’s literally the best home based work that a person could possibly get their selves into…when it’s done correctly.
When it’s lead by leaders. When those who are marketing the opportunity do so because they want to actually become network marketing sponsors and not simply recruiters.
Sponsoring means that you teach a duplicable skill that can be carried down level to level, so that your entire organization can be successful…and not like the naysayers say… “Just the people at the top making the money”.
